War of the Classes by Jack London explores the relation between capital and labor.  This book inspired me to form the Constitutional Labor Party.  It is required reading for anyone wanting to represent labor, that's you in almost every case.

A New Age Now Begins - A People's History of the Revolutionary War  by Adam Smith will clear up what that fight was about.

Bush - The Unauthorized Biography will clarify the role of the Bush family within the Oligarchy.  Webster Tarpley is one of the authors.

1918 - Year of Crisis, Year of Change by Joseph Carter is a good follow up to War of the Classes.

The Harbrace History of England - Ancient and Medieval England Beginnings to 1509 by J.R. Lander will explain how the English Monarchy came about and all you need to know about the rule of Law which William the conqueror brought to England when he invaded and took over the government of England.

The Social Contract explores the relationship between the individual and government.  Jean-Jacques Rousseau is a must read.
